These layers are extracted and downloaded into the Department’s GIS. Applicants are required to follow their company’s standardized electronic layering. The online Plat Submittal System allows a company to change their layering standard. Title Reports And Deed Restrictions: Title reports and, if required, deed restrictions, must be attached to the application, not faxed.
